This prestigious fundraising event has grown in size and popularity since its inception in 2010. Raising a huge £24k in 2019, this years event will be the biggest and best yet and is an event you do not want to miss!

The Belfry is blessed with a rich and fascinating past and has become renowned the world over as a golfing Mecca, allowing players to walk in the footsteps of their Ryder Cup legends. Not only will you be experiencing golf at its finest, but you'll be supporting the Lily Mae Foundation with every swing of your club.

You will be excited to hear that we are using VPAR Live Scoring at the event. VPAR enables all players to see how they are doing in comparison to the rest of the field via a handheld leaderboard. Player's scores are also posted live online, via the links below, so please forward these onto your friends, family and colleagues so that they can follow your progress on the day.

*RAFFLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The purchase of one raffle ticket entitles the player to one chance in the relevant raffle draw. All tickets will be the same price (currently £1).
  2. This raffle is open to residents of mainland Great Britain (this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands).
  3. Underage gambling is an offence.
  4. UK law states that it is an offence for raffle tickets to be sold to, by or on behalf of a person under 16 years of age. The Lily Mae Foundation's rules however state that players must be 18 or over to enter our raffle. Therefore, if a ticket is sold to, by, or bought on behalf of a person under the age of 18 they will be exempt from the raffle and will not be awarded any prize.
  5. Monies raised by this raffle will support the work of The Lily Mae Foundation. Registered Charity No 1149341.
  6. Payment for participation in the raffle can be made by cheque payable to ‘The Lily Mae Foundation', credit/debit card (excluding American Express) or cash. We discourage sending cash in the post as this is insecure. We cannot accept CAF payments for raffle tickets and all CAF payments will be treated as donations.
  7. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw when the whole payment is received.
  8. The Lily Mae Foundation accepts no responsibility for raffle tickets which are lost, damaged, illegible, or from which the prize-winner cannot be identified.
  9. Any ticket payments received after the draw will be considered as donations to The *Lily Mae Foundation.
  10. Winning raffle tickets will be drawn randomly. The first ticket drawn will win the first prize, the second ticket drawn will win the second prize, this process will continue until all prizes have been allocated.
  11. The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  12. Winners will be notified by email, social media channels and/or telephone as soon as possible after the draw date. Please keep the ticket number as proof of purchase.
  13. A list of winners will be published at www.lilymaefoundation.org. Names of winners and results of the raffle will be available on request.
  14. Where The Lily Mae Foundation is unable to contact a prize-winner so that a prize remains unclaimed for six months following The Lily Mae Foundation's first attempt to notify the prize-winner, The Lily Mae Foundation may apply the prize as it sees fit, including by re-offering the prize in future raffles.
  15. All winners are required to co-operate with The Lily Mae Foundation's requirement to publish their win as and where deemed appropriate, and to provide proof of age when requested.
  16. All of our holiday prizes are subject to availability and are for accomodation only unless otherwise stated.
  17. Details of the prize donators will be passed to the winners and it is the prize winners responsibility to contact the donators of the holiday prizes to arrange dates. The Lily Mae Foundation will not be responsible for this.

Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. Organisers reserve the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.
