IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT OUR FUNDRAISING RAFFLE PRIZE DRAW.

Another massive Thank You to all those who have been selling and buying our fundraising Raffle Tickets in support of our work with bereaved parents and families who have lost a baby to Stillbirth, Neonatal Death or to a Medical Termination.

The current Coronavirus crisis has, understandably, greatly reduced our ticket sales and the funds that are normally raised from our Prize Draw. The Gambling Commission have recognised this issue and the financial impact on us and other small charities and have enabled us all to change the original date on which the draw will take place in support of our fundraising efforts.

With this support in mind, we will now hold our Raffle Prize Draw on Friday 13th November 2020 at 11.00pm at our rearranged Golf Day Evening Dinner Dance at the Belfry.

All tickets sold to date will be held safely by us and will be placed in the Draw on 13th November.

Please accept our apologies for this delay. We trust that you will recognise the impact on fundraising and on the finances that the current crisis is having on us and other charities.

We will be contacting our ticket sellers shortly with information about sold and unsold tickets and the money they have.

Thank you all for your fantastic support and understanding at this most difficult of times.

  1. The purchase of one raffle ticket entitles the player to one chance in the relevant raffle draw. All tickets will be the same price (currently £1).
  2. This raffle is open to residents of mainland Great Britain (this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands).
  3. Underage gambling is an offence.

  6. Payment for participation in the raffle can be made by cheque payable to ‘The Lily Mae Foundation', credit/debit card (excluding American Express) or cash. 7. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw when the whole payment is received.
  8. The Lily Mae Foundation accepts no responsibility for raffle tickets which are lost, damaged, illegible, or from which the prize-winner cannot be identified.
  9. Any ticket payments received after the draw will be considered as donations to The *Lily Mae Foundation.
  10. Winning raffle tickets will be drawn randomly. The first ticket drawn will win the first prize, the second ticket drawn will win the second prize, this process will continue until all prizes have been allocated.
  11. The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  12. Winners will be notified by email, social media channels and/or telephone as soon as possible after the draw date. Please keep the ticket number as proof of purchase.

  14. Where The Lily Mae Foundation is unable to contact a prize-winner so that a prize remains unclaimed for six months following The Lily Mae Foundation's first attempt to notify the prize-winner, The Lily Mae Foundation may apply the prize as it sees fit, including by re-offering the prize in future raffles.
  15. All winners are required to co-operate with The Lily Mae Foundation's requirement to publish their win as and where deemed appropriate, and to provide proof of age when requested.
  16. All of our holiday prizes are subject to availability and are for accomodation only unless otherwise stated.
